There is free parking next to the YWCA office building on S Liberty Street. It’s about a 0.2 mile walk from the main entrance, located in the alley way to the left of Wine & Deisgn and behind SaySo Coffee.

please arrive 15 minutes early

Please arrive 15 minutes early and make sure you have purchased your class online along with signing the waiver.

what to wear/bring

Please wear something comfortable, breathable and preferably moisture wicking since you will be working out in a heated environment. PLEASE BRING A WATER BOTTLE and come to class hydrated!
