Check-In & Late Policy

  • Admission to the studio begins 15 minutes before class and closes at the start of class. No late entry will be permitted.

  • The door remains locked during class for safety, and the instructor will let you in before class begins.

  • Any exceptions to this policy are at the instructor’s discretion. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth start to your session.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel up to 12 hours before class without losing a credit or being charged for the class amount.

  • No-Shows: Your first no-show is a free pass. After that, a $10 fee will be charged for each missed class without prior cancellation.

  • If you are added to a class from the waitlist, you will be notified by email or via the Momence app. Please be sure to monitor your status.

Waitlist Policy

  • The waitlist cutoff time is 30 minutes before class.

  • If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to allow others a chance to join.

  • Being moved off the waitlist is treated as an official class sign-up. Missed classes or cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance are still subject to charge.

Membership Policies

  • Memberships operate on a first-come, first-served basis. A membership does not guarantee a spot in any specific class, so be sure to book in advance.

  • Memberships require a minimum commitment of six months. Early cancellations may be subject to additional fees.

  • No-show fees: All memberships are charged a $15 no-show fee starting with the second occurrence. For unlimited memberships, the fee applies starting with the first occurrence.

By purchasing any class, package, or membership, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all Eté Pilates studio policies.
