  • Our goal is to help you build strength from the inside out. At ÉTÉ, every class begins with our signature Powerhouse Activation™, teaching you how to properly engage your core so every movement is safe, effective, and intentional.

    Because our method emphasizes alignment and control, ÉTÉ workouts are low-impact but high-intensity, minimizing stress on your joints while maximizing results. You’ll train stability, balance, and strength in a way that supports your body both in class and in daily life.

    While each class shifts focus—upper body, lower body, or full-body work—core activation always remains central. Our mindful approach to movement encourages intention and precision, leaving you feeling strong, aligned, and deeply connected to your body.

    To enhance your practice, we may incorporate ankle weights, hand weights, resistance bands, balls, blocks, and magic circles. These tools are always optional—never required—and only serve to challenge you further when you’re ready.

By connecting breath, spine, and pelvis, we teach your body to activate its deepest stabilizers before every exercise, making each movement safer, stronger, and more effective.

    Every class begins with diaphragmatic breathwork and pelvic tilts to awaken the transverse abdominis, pelvic floor, and supporting muscles. This primes your “optimal core engagement zone,” where ribs draw toward the pelvis, the abdominal wall is fully activated, and the spine is protected. Once this foundation is set, every movement recruits the entire kinetic chain, training precision over momentum and engaging slow-twitch muscle fibers for long-term endurance and strength.

    To lock it all in, each session ends with a non-negotiable 5–8 minute Core Burn. This final push reinforces neuromuscular pathways, ensuring your core remains engaged long after class ends—improving posture, balance, and overall resilience in daily life.

Unlike traditional heating methods that warm the air, infrared penetrates the body directly, creating gentle, internal warmth that promotes deeper muscle activation, improved flexibility, and reduced risk of injury—without the stuffy, overwhelming heat of a traditional studio. This makes it easier to breathe and stay focused while moving with control.
